Aditya leads the EML business development and delivery team. He is a passionate digital transformation professional. He did his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and started his career in Reliance Industries. 3 years later he changed streams to do his MBA from his alma mater IIT Mumbai.

Over the years he has worked with reputed MNCs in various capacities in Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP Coordination, Business Development, Tools Development, Business Excellence, Project & Program Management, Solution Architecture, Process & Systems Deployment, Change Management, Cost Reduction Programs, Operations Strategy and Digital Transformation. He has experience in operations as well as consulting roles across industries in Pharma, Power, Oil & Gas, Entertainment, Construction and Logistics.
