Code of Conduct

The behaviors given here comprise the EML code of conduct and form the basis of all our interactions with our customers. This is based on our core values of integrity and treating people with dignity and fairness.

EML is committed to treat all customers with respect and in a friendly manner without regard to country, age, education, sex, race or religion. Customer ideas and opinions are of utmost importance. Disagreements are treated as an opportunity to discuss and learn for both parties.

Managing Time

EML gives a lot of value to a customer's time. To achieve this objective, agenda and expectations for a session is fixed at least a day in advance. Consulting sessions start on time and end on time. If an agenda is unfinished, it gets carried forward to another planned session after mutual agreement on additional costs.

Understanding Objectives

EML believes in delivering customer expectations. We hence give appropriate time in getting the objectives of a consulting project right. This not only keeps us focused in doing the right things, but also keeps our customers happy.

Confidentiality

Whatever happens in a consulting session is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to any party unless it is required by law. EML has a privacy policy with respect to the data we collect which is given below.
